IT Requests:
Open your favorite e-mail client and start a new e-mail.
Address the e-mail to helpdesk@newsongchurch.com
In the subject line, enter a short title such as: “Can’t Print” or “Check-in System Down.”
In the body, enter the details of your request. The more precise you can be with your request, the faster we can process it.
Review and send your email.
Shortly after, you will be assigned a ticket and we will begin processing your request.
