Email signatures should be formatted to match the image below as closely as possible. Here’s a text doc email signature template you can open and copy/paste the signature into your email client if you’d like.
Notes
- Be sure to update the cell number as well as name, job title and sign off.
- Fonts to be used (in order of preference) are Roboto, Helvetica, Arial or a basic sans-serif font.
- Your name should be bold and slightly larger than your default email font. In the above example, the body of the email is 13pt font and the name is 15pt.
- Be sure to set up your signature across all devices you send mail from.
- If a particular device (generally a phone) doesn’t allow for exact editing to match the above signature just get it as close as possible.
