1. Login to the Kids Unleashed Dashboard at http://kidsunleashedsandiego.com/wp-admin.
2. Click Forms > Import/Export (http://kidsunleashedsandiego.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_export) in the left-column navigation.
3. Select the form you want to export data from.
4. Select the fields and date range (optional) you want to export.
5. Click the “Download Export File” button.
6. Save the file somewhere on your computer where you can find it.
7. The downloaded file can be opened in Excel.
